Player Conduct

You must not exploit bugs, use third-party tools, or manipulate leaderboard entries. All gameplay must reflect manual skill execution without automated assistance.

Ownership

Scores and achievements remain your property, but Bad Time Simulator retains rights to gameplay mechanics and boss patterns. Replicating our bullet-hell patterns in other projects requires written consent.

Service Model

Bad Time Simulator is permanently free-to-play with no premium tiers.

Data Security

We encrypt all session data but cannot guarantee protection against determined attacks. Regular backups preserve leaderboard integrity per our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We're not liable for browser crashes or hardware damage caused by intensive gameplay. Leaderboard disputes must be submitted within 7 days of score submission.

Termination

We reserve the right to ban accounts and purge scores for verified cheating. Repeat offenders face permanent IP blocking from all services.
